Description_
Ohana Farm Parcels is developed by the Helemano Ranch & Farms, LLC (HRF). The moving force behind HRF is Aloun Farms that one of Oahu’s largest vegetable farmers. Aloun Farms is owned and operated by the Sou family and they have been farming for 40 years on Oahu. The goal of the Ohana Farm Parcels project was to create Ohana Farm Parcels’s identity and characteristics to stand out in the market to sell 35 farm-ready units ranging in size from 10.01 acres to 18.37 acres. Working closely with my client to create a modern identity that preserved the integrity of the brand for the potential local and international buyers. The emblem logo has the blue ocean, golden sunrise, and taro leaf to convey Hawaii’s phenomenal nature.
